RESOLUTION NO. 2021-087
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PARKING-INC., OF DES
MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $207,966, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PARKING ACCESS
AND CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Parking -Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the
Waterloo Parking Access and Control System Project, and
WHEREAS, Parking -Inc., has completed the aforementioned project, in accordance with
the project plans and specifications as approved by Council March 26, 2018, Resolution No.
2018-180, at a total cost of $207,966.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Parking -Inc., at a total cost of $207,966, in conjunction with the
Waterloo Parking Access and Control System Project are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
