RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 1, 2021 FOR THE APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH LG COMPANIES, LLC, FOR THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED NEAR 1010 FLETCHER AVENUE, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,000, AND $25,000 IN INFILL INCENTIVES,
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION FOR TWO NEW TWIN
HOMES, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall virtually via Zoom video
conferencing at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of March 2021, for the approval of a Development
Agreement with LG Companies, LLC, for the sale and conveyance of city -owned property
located near 1010 Fletcher Avenue, in the amount of $5,000, and $25,000 in infill incentives,
for the construction for two new twin homes.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
