RESOLUTION NO. 2021-093
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEN-YEAR AGREEMENT
WITH AXON ENTERPRISE, INC., FOR BODY/IN-CAR
CAMERAS, TASERS AND DIGITAL EVIDENCE
MANAGEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,077,656.96, PAID
OVER THE CONTRACT PERIOD, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the ten-year agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc., for body/in-car cameras, tasers and digital
evidence management, in the amount of $4,077,656.96, paid over the contract period, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
