RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH ELEVATE HOUSING
FOUNDATION, AKA (CCBHC), TO PROVIDE EMBEDDED
SOCIAL WORKER(S) TO THE WATERLOO POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated February 15, 2021, between Elevate Housing
Foundation, AKA (CCBHC) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide embedded Social
Worker(s) to the Waterloo Police department, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
