RESOLUTION NO. 2021-134
RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION
OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE
TO AN APPROVED SITE PLAN WITHIN A "R-3,R-
P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
CHANGE THE APPROVED USE OF A VETERINARY CLINIC
TO A MEDICAL OFFICE AND BEAUTY SALON IS MINOR
AND SHALL BE APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT, LOCATED AT 968 HOME PLAZA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the determination of the City Planner that the proposed change to an approved site plan
within an "R-3,R-P" Planned Multiple Residence District, to change the approved use of a
veterinary clinic to a medical office and beauty salon, located at 968 Home Plaza, is minor, and
shall be approved as a Minor Site Plan Amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
