RESOLUTION NO. 2021-137
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMY WIENANDS REAL ESTATE OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE OF
225 NEWELL STREET, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$7,752.20, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 1, 2021, between Amy Wienands Real
Estate, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $7,752.20,
in conjunction with the sale of 225 Newell Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
