RESOLUTION NO. 2021-138
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $297,900, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE 2021 EPA BROWNFIELDS HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
AND PETROLEUM ASSESSMENT GRANT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 1, 2021, between HR Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $297,900, in conjunction with the
2021 EPA Brownfields Hazardous Substances and Petroleum Assessment Grant, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
