RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO PIGGYBACK ON THE
STATE OF IOWA BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2021
CHEVROLET TAHOE FROM KARL CHEVROLET OF DES MOINES,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,455.50, FOR THE POLICE CRIME
LAB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo purchasing procedures to piggyback
on the current active State of Iowa bid of Karl Chevrolet of Des Moines, Iowa, in the amount of
$36,455.50, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe, for the Police
Crime Lab, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l st day of March 2020.
