RESOLUTION NO. 2021-097
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 11, 2020,
WITH WILLETT, HOFMANN AND ASSOCIATES, INC., IN
THE AMOUNT OF $5,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC FIBER OPTIC AND CAMERA
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed
March 11, 2020, with Willett, Hofmann and Associates, Inc., in the amount of $5,500, in
conjunction with the Downtown Traffic Fiber Optic and Camera Project, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
