RESOLUTION NO. 2021-108
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1804 E.
4TH STREET, 413 WELLINGTON STREET AND 2929
SPRUCE LANE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the assessments for the following properties, for delinquent garbage, storm and sewer fees, are
hereby abated:
1804 E. 4th Street - $935
413 Wellington Street - $1,638
2929 Spruce Lane - $17.32 Storm Water Fees / $85.06 Garbage Fees (6/18)
2929 Spruce Lane - $34.64 Storm Water Fees / $170.12 Garbage Fees (6/19)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
