RESOLUTION NO. 2021-111
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF LINCOLNSHIRE ADDITION,
SUBMITTED BY CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES,
INC., AND PERFORMED BY MIDWEST DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, RATHJE CONSTRUCTION CO., AND CENTRAL
STATES CONCRETE, LLC, AND FILE TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BONDS.
WHEREAS, Midwest Development Company, Rathje Construction Co., and Central
States Concrete, LLC, performed work in conjunction with the Lincolnshire Addition, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Midwest Development Company, Rathje Construction Co., and Central
States Concrete, LLC, completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the construction
plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements of the
Lincolnshire Addition, submitted by Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc., and performed by
Midwest Development Company, Rathje Construction Co., and Central States Concrete, LLC, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
