RESOLUTION NO. 2021-116
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, BID
DOCUMENTS ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
MARCH 18, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
APRIL 5, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2021-2023
RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING CONTRACT, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2021-2023 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the 2021-2023 Right -of -Way
Mowing Contract, be scheduled for March 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of April 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the 2021-
2023 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
