RESOLUTION NO. 2016-164
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 LIFT STATIONS &
COMPLAINT MOWING CONTRACT AND COMPLAINT SNOW
REMOVAL CONTRACT, AS APRIL 4, 2016, AT 5 : 30
P.M. , IN HAROLD E.- GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING`; OF
BIDS ON MARCH 31, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY ,OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 4th day of April 2016, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost etc. , in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Lift Stations & Complaint Mowing
Contract and Complaint Snow Removal Contract, with the taking of
bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on March 31, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2016.
