RESOLUTION NO. 2021-119
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 25, 2021 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 5, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2022 COMPLAINT MOWING WITH
COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2022 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, are
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2022 Complaint Mowing
with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, be scheduled for March 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of April 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2022
Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
