RESOLUTION NO. 2021-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGING THE LOCATION OF
A CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION MEETING
SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 25, 2021 AT 5:30 P.M., AND A
CITY COUNCIL PLANNING SESSION SCHEDULED FOR
MARCH 29, 2021 AT 5:30 P.M., TO THE SCHOITZ ROOM AT
THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE OF CHANGE OF
LOCATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa has scheduled a Council
Special Session meeting for March 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. and a Council Planning Session
meeting for March 29, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the City Council has invited the public to attend and participate in the
Council Special Session and Council Planning Session meetings and feel a larger meeting area is
needed to facilitate said meetings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Council Special Session meeting scheduled for March 25, 2021 at
5:30 p.m. and the Council Planning Session meeting scheduled for March 29, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.,
be moved from the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, to the Schoitz Room, in the Waterloo
Center for the Arts, located at 225 Commercial Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and instruct the City
Clerk to publish notice of change of location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
