RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 15, 2021, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY
DGOGWATERLOOIA 11042020, LLC, TO REZONE A 3.46
ACRE PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF 2600 E.
SHAULIS ROAD FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT
TO "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT WITH
CONDITIONS, TO CONSTRUCT A NEW DOLLAR GENERAL
STORE, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet virtually via Zoom
video conferencing at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of March 2021, to approve the request by
DGOGWaterlooia11042020, LLC, to rezone a 3.46 acre property located northeast of 2600 E.
Shaulis Road from "A-1" Agricultural District to "C-P" Planned Commercial District with
conditions, to construct a new Dollar General Store.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
