RESOLUTION NO. 2021-132
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY KASIM
MUSTEDANAGIC FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF MUSTEDAN FIRST
ADDITION, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF KEN DAHL FIRST
ADDITION, A 3-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED
SOUTH OF 4245 W. 4TH STREET, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2020-856.
WHEREAS, on this 1st day of March 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Mustedan First Addition, a replat of a portion of Ken
Dahl First Addition, a 3-lot residential subdivision located south of 4245 W. 4th Street, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by Kasim Mustedanagic, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 10, 2020, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Kasim Mustedanagic, for approval of the Final Plat of
Mustedan First Addition, a replat of a portion of Ken Dahl First Addition, a 3-lot residential
subdivision located south of 4245 W. 4th Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2020-856 is hereby rescinded in
order to update easements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
