RESOLUTION NO. 2021-133
RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION
OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE
TO AN APPROVED SITE PLAN WITHIN A "M-
2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO RELOCATE
THREE BUILDINGS ON AN APPROVED SITE PLAN TO
ANOTHER LOCATION IS MINOR AND SHALL BE
APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT,
LOCATED AT 1246 MARTIN ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the determination of the City Planner that the proposed change to an approved site plan
within an "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District, to relocate three buildings on an approved site
plan to another location at 1246 Martin Road, is minor, and shall be approved as a Minor Site
Plan Amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March 2021.
