RESOLUTION NO. 2014-837
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2014
BYRNES TENNIS COMPLEX RESURFACING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 2014 Byrnes
Tennis Complex Resurfacing Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2014 Byrnes Tennis Complex
Resurfacing Project, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2014-753 on August 25, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 22, 2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2014
Byrnes Tennis Complex Resurfacing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
