RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
BY JAS INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT
TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 75 ' X 125 '
(9, 375 SQUARE FOOT) COMMERCIAL BUILDING,
LOCATED NORTH OF 3211 TITAN TRAIL (GUBBELS
HEATING AND COOLING) , AS MARCH 28, 2016, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of March, 2016, for
the purpose of considering the request by JAS Investments, LLC
for a site plan amendment to the "B-P" Business Park District to
allow for the construction of a 75 ' x 125 ' (9, 375 square foot)
commercial building, located north of 3211 Titan Trail (Gubbels
Heating and Cooling) , and legally described as follows :
Lot 1 of Greenbelt Centre Plat No 1, 'C'ity of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
