RESOLUTION NO. 2014-849
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 22, 2014, in an amount not to
exceed $24, 700 . 00, for Geotechnical, Wetland Delineation, Survey
and Design, and Bid Services for the Virden Creek Tributary
Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 840, by and between Ament,
Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
