RESOLUTION NO. 2014-844
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT APPLICATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of application dated September 22, 2014, for a
grant in the amount of $386, 393. 00, to be used for Phase I of the
Gates Park Renovation project, by and between the Black Hawk
County Gaming Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
