RESOLUTION NO. 2014-840
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-839, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Janitorial
Services for the Public Works Building, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on September 22, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said services
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
