RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3)
MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS OCTOBER 27, 2014, AT
5: 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 27th day of
October, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders to Support
Snow Operations, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
