RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION BY STEVE
TROSKEY ON THE BEHALF OF BCS PROPERTIES, LLC
TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 11. 73 ACRES FROM "R-
3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT, "R-3, C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT, "R-4." MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "C-2" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT TO "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
FOR THE PURPOSES OF DEVELOPING A COMMERCIAL
SUBDIVISION, LOCATED EAST OF 1844 WEST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AS MARCH 28, 2016, AT 5: 30

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of March,
2016, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application by Steve Troskey on the behalf of BCS Properties, LLC
to rezone approximately 11 . 73 acres from "R-3" Multiple Residence
District, "R-3, C-Z" Conditional Zoning District, "R-4" Multiple
Residence District and "C-2" Commercial District to "C-P" Planned
Commercial District for the purposes of developing a commercial
subdivision, located east of 1844 West Ridgeway Avenue, and
legally described as follows :

WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier:
