RESOLUTION NO. 2014-854
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY2014 COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY HUMAN RIGHTS DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY2014 Cooperative Agreement dated September 22, 2014,
in the amount of $12, 000 . 00, for complaint processing,
j administrative costs, enforcement bonus, if any, and additional
training for the Fair Housing Assistance Program, by and between
the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Human Rights Director authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
