RESOLUTION NO. 2014-851
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated September 22, 2014, at a
cost not to exceed $36, 200 . 00, for engineering services to
complete final design and construction plan preparation for the
F.Y. 2015 4th Street Canopy Bridge Painting and Repairs, Contract
No. 875, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2014 .
