RESOLUTION NO. 2016-172
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
2016 LEISURE SERVICES ROOF REPLACEMENT
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-171, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2016
Leisure Services Roof Replacement Project, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on March 14,
2016 as prescribed by statute.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,- IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016.
