RESOLUTION NO. 2014-869
RESOLUTION APPROVING WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Wastewater Disposal System Construction Permit
Application dated October 6, 2014, in conjunction with Phase 2 -
CIP Pipe Lining Service Areas No. 15 and No. 16, by and between
the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Waste
Management Services Superintendent authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
