RESOLUTION NO. 2014-861
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF WATERLOO
SCHOOLS FOUNDATION TO HOLD 2ND ANNUAL TRICK
OR TROT 5K RUN/WALK EVENT ON OCTOBER 18,
2014 .
WHEREAS, Waterloo Schools Foundation has requested that they
be allowed to hold the 2nd Annual Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk event
on October 18, 2014, together with the approval of the Director
of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 8 : 30 a.m. , with the route
to start and end at Lou Henry Elementary School.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Waterloo Schools Foundation
to hold the 2nd Annual Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk event on
October 18, 2014 beginning at 8 : 30 a.m. , with the route to start
and end at Lou Henry Elementary School, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
