RESOLUTION NO. 2014-879
RESOLUTION APPROVING WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION AND
SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Wastewater Disposal System Construction Permit
Application and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated October 6, 2014,
in conjunction with F. Y. 2015 Geraldine Road - Phase III,
Contract No. 871, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
