RESOLUTION NO. 2014-875
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 6, 2014, in an amount not to
exceed $6, 500 . 00, for the preparation of two applications to the
United Stated Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) including a
community-wide brownfields hazardous substances assessment grant
totaling $200, 000. 00 and a petroleum products brownfields program
grant totaling $200, 000 . 00, by and between HR Green, Inc. of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
