RESOLUTION NO. 2014-874
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amended Development Agreement dated October 6, 2014, to
include two changes to the previous Development Agreement, of how
a portion of work for additional paving is to be done in Section
5, and how revenue will be split from the sale of land of the
former Orange School site in Section 3C, for the development of a
new bus barn and maintenance facility located at 1601 and 1624
Black Hawk Street, by and between the Waterloo Community School
District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
