RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF FLETCHER AVENUE AND
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
OCTOBER 20, 2014, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 20th day of
October, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with Traffic Safety Improvements at the Intersection
of Fletcher Avenue and University Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2014 .
