RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
SILVER EAGLE HARLEY DAVIDSON FOR TWO (2)
HARLEY DAVIDSON POLICE MOTORCYCLES FOR A 12
MONTH PERIOD AT A COST OF $135 . 00 PER
MOTORCYCLE 'PER MONTH FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$3, 240 . 00, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Lease Agreement dated March 14, 2016, between
Silver Eagle �Harley Davidson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for
two (2) Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles for a 12 month period
at a cost of $135 . 00 per motorcycle per month for a total amount
of $3, 240 . 00, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed. to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016.
