RESOLUTION NO. 2014-895
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE 2014 BYRNES TENNIS CENTER RESTROOM
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-894, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2014 Byrnes
Tennis Center Restroom Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on October 13, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 2014 .
