RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM GEORGE
WYTH STATE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
George Wyth State Park to burn approximately 15 acres of prairie
grass located between Wyth Lake and the main park road during the
time period of October-November 2014, together with the
recommendation of approval of the Chief of Fire Services, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 2014 .
