RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2 . 3 (1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION
5. 1 PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS, AND
SECTION 5 . 2 FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR THE
5-LOT VAN EATON SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF BURTON AVENUE, NORTH OF WEST
DONALD STREET AND SOUTH OF MIDLAND STREET AT
THE FORMER VAN EATON SCHOOL SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2 . 3 (1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5 . 1
Preliminary Plat Requirements, and Section 5 . 2 Final Plat
Requirements, for the 5-lot Van Eaton Subdivision located on the
east side of Burton Avenue, north of West Donald Street and south
of Midland Street at the former Van Eaton School site, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 2014 .
