RESOLUTION NO. 2014-924
RESOLUTION APPROVING WILDLIFE HAZARD
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR
2015 WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Wildlife Hazard Assessment Program Agreement for Fiscal
Year 2015, dated October 20, 2014, in the amount of $17, 000 . 00,
with a required 15 percent match of $2, 550 . 00, for wildlife
hazard assessment and mitigation, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2014 .
