RESOLUTION NO. 2016-178
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH INVISION OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2, 000 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR
ARTS SCHOITZ ROOM RENOVATION, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 1
dated March 14, 2016, between Invision of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, in the amount of $2, 000, in conjunction with
the Waterloo Center for Arts Schoitz Room Renovation, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to ekecute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016.
