RESOLUTION APPROVING CUSTOMER INFORMATION
SYSTEM HOSTING AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO
WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Customer Information System Hosting Agreement dated
October 20, 2014, to provide the Waterloo Water Works with
servers as part of its server virtualization system needed to
host the Customer Information System in which the Water Works
shall pay the City $34, 589 . 71, by and between the Waterloo Water
Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2014 .
