RESOLUTION NO. 2014-913
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND DOWNING
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-912, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Traffic Safety
Improvements at the Intersection of Ansborough Avenue and Downing
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on October 20,
2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2014 .
