RESOLUTION NO. 2016-180
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF ,CONTRACT TO WBC
MECHANICAL, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
APPROVING BONDS AND- CERTIFICATES OF
INSURANCE,. FOR THE WATERLOO FIVE SULLIVAN
BROTHER BOILER PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT
$485, 389. 00 AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Contract dated March 14, 2016, between WBC
Mechanical, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $485, 389. 00, along with the bonds and
certificates of insurance, in conjunction with the Waterloo Five
Sullivan Brother Boiler Project, are hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016.
