RESOLUTION NO. 2014-938
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR
GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-937, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the Rental
of Three (3) Motor Graders to Support Snow Operations, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on October 27, 2014 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2014 .
