RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE AMENDED
AND RESTATED CROSSROADS WATERLOO URBAN
RENEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS
NOVEMBER 10, 2014, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the loth day of November,
2014, for the purpose of considering the amended and restated
Crossroads Waterloo Urban Renewal and Redevelopment Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
