RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR RESOURCE
ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION (REAP) GRANT NO.
15-R4-BV, IN THE AMOUNT OF $200, 000 . 00, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 3, 2014, for a REAP grant in
the amount of $200, 000 . 00, with a required local cash match of
$3, 168 . 00, to be used for the Sherwood Park Recreational Area, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2014 .
