RESOLUTION NO. 2014-956
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JIM
CHIZEK OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 3, 2014, to rent approximately
196 square feet or 14' x 14' square feet of storage space located
at 1100-1112 Sycamore Street (former Black Hawk Sprinkler
building) for $140. 00 per month with utilities included, by and
between Jim Chizek of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2014 .
