RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT BONDS AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH K. CUNNINGHAM
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. , OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $626, 190 . 06 FOR THE F.Y.
2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 858 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF, THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Contractdated March 14, 2016, between K.
Cunningham Construction Co. ," Inc. , of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $626,190 . 06, along with
the bonds and certificate of insurance, in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract. No.
858, are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016 .
