RESOLUTION NO. 2014-955
RESOLUTION APPROVING EARLY OCCUPANCY
AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN PATTERN STORAGE, LLC
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Occupancy Agreement dated November 3, 2014, for
the use of the former Food Bank building, generally located at
the southeastern corner of Sycamore Street and East 11th Street,
by and between American Pattern Storage, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2014 .
