RESOLUTION NO. 2014-952
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH KWS, INC. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND DOWNING AVENUE, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $37, 400. 00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for
Traffic Safety Improvements at the Intersection of Ansborough
Avenue and Downing Avenue, in the amount of $37, 400 . 00, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 3rd day of November, 2014, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2014 .
